Gastroenterology Physician Locums Job in Ohio 24 Hour Call ASAP Start and Ongoing
Schedule for Assignment :
Inpatient only; 24 hour call
10-20 shifts per month for 6-9 months
Job Requirements:
Board Certified Gastroenterology - required or truly Board Eligible
Will consider general GI
Active Ohio license - required
Clean Malpractice/background - highly preferred
Job Details:
Setting: Inpatient
# Providers Needed: 1-2
Duties: inpatient rounding, ER consults, inpatient procedures, possibly scheduled high-risk patients
Required Procedures: Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP
EMR: Meditech
Patients per Day: 8-12 procedures per day
Support Staff: CRNA, MDA, RN, Tech
Reason for Coverage: medical leave & physician departure
Patients per day: around 10-15 census per day
